Additional Ret Service

so i hired 2 additional rets now there contracts are suspended how do i rebuy them with out buying another 2 rets i basically just want to resub for them

Just to clarify, you bought two additional retainers for a total of 4 retainers?
Once you buy the retainers on the mog station you still have to go into the game and talk to the retainer NPCs in either Limsa Lominsa, Gridania, Ul'dah, or Ishgard to hire those retainers.

yup so i bought 2 additional rets so i now have 4 but havent played in the last week and i went to sort my rets out and the 2 i hired now say contract suspended how do i get them back without hire extra retainers

With mine, the retainer payment isn't self repeating, need to make another payment through mogstation account to extend the "contract" time.

mine is also the a seperate payment also but when i attempt to rehire them it tries charging me as if im trying to hire an extra 2 instead of renewing the ones i have already bought

Hm... is it supposed to cost less to 'resub' the retainers when compared to just rebuying them? If so there should be an option for that, if not you may just have o 'rebuy' them and see if it lets you select the existing ones.
The one extra retainer I have I just have set to repeat payment so I never ran into this problem.

well when i bought them it cost me £1.86 now its tryng to charge me £5 and im pretty sure that is charging as if im paying for the 2 i have and an extra 2

It charges you based on how much game time you have left, such as if you had 100 days when you subbed to the retainer it would cost more then if you had 50 or 20 days left.

You also do re-buy the 2 retainers each time, if you want a specific number you have to hit that specific number of retainers on the purchase site. each time you re-sub you will have to re-sub your retainers as-well. such as you having 2 extras you need to pay for the 2 extras each time you sub.

Should you be using time cards or whatever they are called, you will probably need to re-sub your retainers whenever they are scheduled to run out prior to you adding the time card.

yes, it cost less because it charged you for how many days you had before your monthly subscription charged. It is now attempting to renew them for the full monthly sub price. It is correct, its not charging you for 2 more, its charging you for the 2 you bought already.

I had this happen too, I'm wondering if it's due to additional free time from buying HW.
