Instance Malfunction - Can't get another member.

Me and my two friend was doing a dugeon on DF, after two wipe the other guy, initiated a a motion to Vote Abandon and quited before the motion end, the motion ended but the DF stop looking for another guy and we have quit the dugeon and restart so we can fill the last spot.
We was doing Fractal Continuum.

Only the party leader is given the option to search for replacements. It's possible that whoever was party leader clicked where the no button appears right as it appeared.
Also: Did you add the last person too your party before going into the dungeon? If so, you can't search for replacements.

I asked it, and everyone said "no".
We was doing the Ex rolete, whit 3 friends + random guy form DF. The random guy quited after initiating a motion for Vote Abandon.
The Vote Abandon Was up when he quited.

Were there less than ten minutes left? You can't search for new members after that.
