Why is this particular fate slower than the others? Every other fate pops at least once per hour, I've been waiting for almost 2 and not a single spawn.
There's no reason for it other than frustrate and waste people time.

There are a number of fates, many of which are required for completion of atma books, that have spawn times of 3+ hours. Taste of fear is one of those Its incredibly inconvenient.
