Airship Flight Log - Inconsistent Messages

Steps:
1. Initially receive airship after a voyage
2. Finalize Report
3. View airship information again
4. View previous voyage log

Description:
Sometimes the airship's flight log says one thing before you finalize a report and something different after you finalize the report. The information affected appears to be the name of the Sector(s) discovered during your trip. The following screenshots illustrate the problem, notice the name of the sector changes between the first and second screenshot:

This happened on one other occasion, upon discovering sector 8. In the original voyage log it told us we had actually found sector 10. This was untrue, the sector that became available on the flight map was sector 08. After finalizing the report there was no discovery message at all in the flight log.

Upon discussing this bug with other players, it seems the issue is fairly common.
