Sovereign Barding

I recently completed the achievement Leaving a good impression IV. The reward is the sovereign barding, but I've checked and it isn't in my inventory, retainers, or in the companion menu as an option (assuming I'd gotten it and used it). It isn't available for sale from the calamity salvager. I posted an in game ticket and it referred me to this forum. Any advise would be fabulous.

Talk to the NPC in Apkallu Falls in Old Gridania. He'll give it to you.

You get all of your achievement rewards this way. If you have others waiting for you you may need to talk to him a few times.

Thanks everyone...that was kind of embarrassing. Seems I was missing quite a few things!
