UI + Retainer Not Displaying Properly

There are no borders in any of the menus. Words overlap in the skill set menu. I cant see which piece of armor is hilighted in the middle in the equipment menu. The target arrow doesn't show up when I'm sifting through enemies, allies and NPCs. The background for the chat windows and the 1 - 10 ability tray doesn't show up (its supposed to be black, it just shows no background). Also my retainer doesn't display when I call it. This started happening yesterday.
