Crafter Specialist Rotation?

I am having the worst time trying to figure out how to best use the specialist actions, and if they are worth it at all. I've been told its the only way to craft 1* but I still just don't know how best to use them.

What I've been trying is:

Muscle Memory > Whistle > Comfort Zone > Inner Quiet > Ingenuity II > Careful synth until one away...

Steady Hand II > Innovative touch > Hasty touch > Precise touch when good...

- Use satisfaction when it can be popp'ed
- Nymeia's wheel at 1 whistle stack
- Breygot's miracle > trained hand when it can be popp'd.

I've tried this and I dunno, it still seems way more efficient at the moment to just fuck whistles and only use innovative touch out of the specialist actions.

I do this for pretty much everything after obtaining makers mark and precise touch.

I am full HQ gear and melded. Not max melded (materia listed below). I have made 2nq 60+ synths 1 NQ chivalric body...I misjudged progress and completed early as I was not paying attention and a second NQ was bad luck and I only needed the NQ anyways for the quest. I use NQ mats always and this basic rotation has worked for me since obtaining makers mark. I have tried muscle memory, but dislike the durability loss.

It may seem like a lot of RS and HT, but since doing the M2 books I have come to believe in HT and RS lol. Precise touch seems to make up for any failed HT and makers mark gives me 280-480 free progress.

8 TIV craft materia
9 TIV control materia
6 TIV cp materia

Specialist actions are absolutely not necessary for any crafts at the moment and due to the low good rates they turn into wasted CP more often than not unless you have a ton of delineages.

I am at 400 CP, 700 Craftsmanship and 700 Control (Master Book for every crafter, i150 gear with melds) and can essentially run the 2.5 4* Rotation on the Lv60 1* items.
My stats are excessive for that though and not needed especially with some HQ mats. (if 2x PbP or MM+PbP + 2 Rapid Synths + CSII gets you to full progress then you're settled.)

It's always tempting on a 6+ stack of maker's mark to use CZ instead of the first FS, since I'll probably be able to get the full benefit of a second CZ then.
