Is "Reclaim" bugged since the expansion?

I hate making these kinds of threads, and I have no doubt many of the responses will report that it's been working fine for them, but for me Reclaim has failed to return any materials all sixteen times that I've used it since the expansion came out.

Now, I know it's just a 90% chance of success and not a guarantee, but prior to the expansion it was pretty reliable - it worked most of the time, which is what I would expect with a 10% chance of failure.

But to suddenly start failing every single time I've used it since the expansion update strikes me as somewhat odd, to the point where i feel like I have a better chance of recovering materials via dumb luck if I don't use Reclaim on a "botched" synthesis.

I've only used Reclaim once (so not much of a sample) since the expansion and it failed on me. I've been absolutely surprised how many times I got mats back when I was experimenting or just not paying attention and failed a synth without reclaim. Started cursing myself and then see everything returned multiple times.

Seems to work normally for me, even gets crystals back.

Reclaim doesn't return the crystals. So, that wouldn't be examples of working normally.
