Carbuncle plush minion

Does anyone know how to get the minion for these?
I've seen people in game with them, but the SE store says the codes ship with the plush at the end of august.

Only way i know of getting them is from buying the plushies, witch eta is sometime in August to be shipped out.
I dont think ther out yet at all other than for pre-order(but you cant get the code for minnions till you get the item). Could be just Arcanist with one of the Carbuncle's out as thats their summons that your seeing.

I heard EU got them already. NA waits til August.

Is this true? The EU store has it on pre-order with a release date of August. I can't imagine that the store is wrong (and thus they're already released in EU), or even that EU gets them before NA.

They were sold at SDCC and Japan Expo in limited quantities (SDCC sold out in about an hour) so the ones you are already seeing in game are from one of those events. They will be shipped to the general public July 27th in Japan for first run and September 17th for 2nd run and late August for NA. Not sure on the date for EU.
