Any noticed that you have to wait a full second after casting eye for and eye and Adlo before using deployment tactics or the buffs don't spread?
On reflex, I tend to blow DT because of this and now waiting on that second feels like 10 years.

That's because you need to sort of wait for the animation of you casting E4E and let it hit your target before you cast your Deloyment Tactics. Not a bug
Not a bug, it happens the same with bane. If you cast bane immediately right after bio, sometimes bio doesn't land on time and you only end up spreading bio II and miasma. It's because of the server delay I believe...which brings me to my next issue...

Yeah have to be careful with this, trying to spread it too quickly made me whiff it a few times until I got used to the timing.
Yeah, you have always had to wait a second for the Adlo shield apply (and thus register for purposes of Deployment Tactics). You'll notice if you cast Adlo too late for a big hit, even if the buff shows up on the party list before the hit, the target may still take unshielded damage because the buff did not actually apply until after the damage went out.
Not a bug; it works just like Bane and Bio's "lag". You've gotta wait for the buff to actually apply and the server to update before using Deployment Tactics. Otherwise, it won't capture the buff to spread.
You can use an instant skill to register the application or "hit" of all casted abilities straight away. It works like how pre-Heavensward Black Mages burn a myriad of instant spells (Surecast, Lethargy, etc.) so that they can ensure Firestarter didn't proc during mid-cast of Blizzard III.
Except you shouldn't have to wait. You can't use the ability if the effect isn't on the person so if the game allows the ability to go off it should spread it without having to wait otherwise why is it registering that the effect is on the person in the first place letting you use the ability. This seems like a glitch in how the programing works and really should be fixed. Also I think they should buff the ability and have the effects have a full timer when spread or even double timer to make it have more use. Also I think we should be able to cast said effects on ourselves and spread it too. Or just make it so it makes the next single target AoE.
Not really, I understand why it happens now. Server ping is a fickle mistress.
