Missing Names in Party List

I am missing the names of party members on my HUD party list, yet the job icons, HP MP and buff info is still present. I tried adjusting different HUD options related to the party list, but nothing has worked. Is there a hidden option via key press that would cause this?

I was attempting to make a macro, and accidentally clicked my return to homepoint icon. I canceled the teleport and then noticed that the progress bar for the teleport in my party list was stuck and my name was missing. Im not sure if this is when it happen, but that's when I first noticed it.

I reinstalled my game to resolve the issue. I could not find an alternate solution.
