complains about the Craked Materia exchange nuff

i am the returner for 3.0, left 2.X over half year.
well, as old players from 1.0 era, i stocked some of the Cracked materia, didnt use it.
i dont know there would be no where to exchange in 3.0.
so i sit with bunch of those.

it just simply cannot exchange right away, kinda not friendly to old players who just coming back.
i really wish SE can give some exchange window back, there is V soon anyway.

It's not ARR anymore. You had literally years to use them; you didn't just come back.
