Is it possible? I no longer have a debit card and no where in my town do they sell game time cards for final fantasy or those red nd black cards with the fire on them that double as crysta points. What are my options.

Credit card, online shops... not sure man almost everything is done through cards in this day and age. Since the non card options you said you could not get to at this time. (maybe an online shop can be done with check or paypal using your bank account number unless you pay internet and utilities with cash.. which would be impressive)
Unfortunately, no. If you have an open bank account still, it may be possible for you to use PayPal to buy Crysta on the Mogstation, and then use that Crysta to pay for your subscription.
