Gumi recruiting raiders

We are recruiting players who are level 60 and ready to raid (i170)
The raid group is going to be a laid back group but will still be expecting all members to come prepared and ready to kill bosses and stay focused on raid nights.
Raid nights (not set in stone) will be for 3 hours a night, 3 nights a week. Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Start time from 8-9pm EST and finishing 3 hours after start time. (or longer depending on group)
Members will be required to join FC.

Hello, I am interested. I have a scheduled TS meeting with another static today. Question, will these player's be highly skilled as I don't want to join a group who is raiding for the first time. I can be i185 very quickly as I never spent any of my Alex tokens yet and I have quite a bit.

The current members are very skilled at raiding. I am attempting to recruit higher skill level players but I cannot guarantee that everyone I get is going to be elite. I do want to add though, the people we have are a laid back group and will not tolerate an elitist attitude. They all play to have fun and are serious when raiding, but having fun is their first priority.
