my favorite is the library, although i love the gear sets from sohm al.
those tribal tattoos, man. i need to grind 'em all.
aaand of course my favorite trial is the end-boss.

I pretty much like the dungeons in the order presented, except take neverreap to the middle. Library is beautiful, fractal is pretty awesome. And yes that trial would get you wet, I mean set, for awesome story stuff later!

The Vault and the Library~
I actually felt they did a great job with all of the dungeons, and I absolutely love how each of them has their own unique theme. My favorite would be a tossup between the Library and the Fractal Continuum.
Great Gubal Library is utterly fantastic. I had a duty finder party member who'd played a lot of Final Fantasy game and he was beside himself at all of the references.
That said, all of the 3.0 dungeons are pretty awesome.
All of 3.0 dungeon is pretty nice compared with some of 2.0 dungeon IMO
