Just wanted to share it with my fellow FFXIV players since my friend showed me this and it works wonders.
Try it or not. I'm just passing it along. I'm using the free version and my friend found this out from team dignitas pro league of legends team. search a youtube video whatever. Just thought i'd share this with you guys since I went from getting 150+ ms to 70-80. Ran it for 14 hrs and it stayed at 70-80.
