As a bard, I refuse to contain my whining to one thread. My tears need multiple venues. Thanks!

Bob the Tank says to Jim the DPS, "man it sure must be nice being a DPS! You just get to focus on doing damage! The digital grass is so much greener on your side!" Jim replies, "but it must be so nice having instant queues and to be so tough! The digital grass must be much greener on your side!"

In reality, they are in Ul'dah, the grass is all dead and the party is going to wipe because the Astrologian is too busy being picked on by the WHMs and SCHs and accidentally turned on Light Speed.

man what. tanks have a ton of interesting, unique mechanics to deal with like;

• making the offtank tank the thing for a lil bit
• tanking a new thing that spawned
• using one or more of your 8 defensive cooldowns on a specific thing
• not falling asleep irl
• NOT tanking the thing, even though you could (!!!)
• moving the thing somewhere else

You forgot

• Tanking the thing togather because it does less hitting two of us

What are these mechanics you speak of?
