Experence gained in Levequest

I discovered this bug a few days ago while trying to level my ARM up. I went to different Levequest NPC's in towns to see about leveling up and that is when I noticed the all of the quest ranging from level 5 (10 in some cases) to level 45 all give the same experience; which is 3000. I am on Brynhilder NA server and had others check out to see if the same thing showed up. One guy on my server was on a PC and said he had no problem, that the experience was distributed normally throughout the levels. Another player I ask was on a PS4 and said that the same problem as mine was showing up. Can someone else please; either on PS3's, PS4's or PC, confirm this bug. Thank you and have a blessed day.
