Mouse look toggle

98% of my game time is spent holding down the right mouse button. So much, in fact, that my right mouse button has become faulty. Please allow me to toggle mouse look via a keybind instead, so I don't have to hold the mouse button all the time.

I'm going to go ahead and necro this because it's a much overlooked thing until you need it.

Don't even need a keybind necessarily, just a 'toggle' checkbox under the camera controls would be so, so nice...
