DirectX 11 crash bug(windows log enclosed)

So I just had FFXIV crash on me while summoning my pet after first logging in post Fantasia.

Checked Windows Event Viewer for the error message. It follows the break.

This is the exact same error I had on the 9th that I keep posting about here. Access Violation error.

Going to see if I can't get some help debugging this to find out exactly what the hell the game is trying to access to trigger this error.
