Adversaire <VERSA> LF min-maxer BRD/MCH for long-term FC core group static!

Adversaire <VERSA> is a hybrid end-game progression FC with an emphasis on player skill and coaching. We have 5 full-to-partial raid groups and although we generally raid casual/medium-core hours, we expect our players to be of tier-1 quality with a semi-hardcore mentality. We hold the server 3rd FC group kill for Rav/Bis Extreme on Gilgamesh as a pick-up FC group (We do not do world/server progression due to RL schedules). We no longer recruit players who are behind in content or do not meet a minimum skill level.

Our group 1 is LF a skilled BRD/MCH who excels in all aspects of raid including DPS, mechanics, raid awareness, support/song timings, communication, consistency, teamwork, and attitude. We raid Tues/Wed/Fri at 7 PM PST - 10 PM PST. If everyone in the raid can push more hours, we will, but those are our committed times.
Group 1 is a group of friends who have known each other since first coil but got together for FCoB and cleared it in 48 hours of raid time over 6 hours a week despite vacations and scheduling set-backs, well ahead of majority of the server. We're hoping to clear Alexander Savage at a similar if not faster pace. Each of us is passionate about the game, has spent time to fully understand and master their jobs. Our MNK (2325) and SMN (2201) held the highest cumulative DPS records for FCoB on our respective servers pre-echo based on known public boards/twitter parses. That said, although some of us like to push numbers and just have fun during farm season, we are much more progression focused in our play-style during progression. As a group, we're pretty chill, like to joke and make fun of each other, and just have fun playing the game together. Each of us take raiding seriously and hold the highest standards for our individual performance. We expect candidates to be able to get along with us and share a similar mindset (chill, self-critical but not overly elitist or condescending to others.)
