Have they said what the item level requirement will be, if any?
There was never ilevel for coil as its not in duty finder.
So sense savage is not in duty finder (that I know of) don't think there would be any unless people in party Finder ask for one when setting up group.
With normal at 170 thinking first turns would be ilevel 180.
Ah okay, So provided they arent throwing it in Duty Finder off the bat, it likely wont have an ilvl then.
