[MAC FFXIV - Missing Items]

I recently purchased a copy of FFXIV for the mac, and although I had heard there were concerns with the performance of the game (seemed okay to me) I wanted to setup XIV on my laptop. However I was just setting up hotbars and gear sets, which was going fine, until I attempted to change to white mage to do some dailies. At first I thought I must have somehow miss placed my white mage staff, although I did do a search on the item as well as check my log for desynth, npc, drop, etc, but didn't find anything. I had previously changed to my white mage 20 minutes before noticing this without any problems. At first I thought, okay that's weird, so being it was just a i130 weapon i just crafted myself a i125 one instead. Then I equipped my new staff and not only was my staff missing, but all of my (gear set) equipped gear (other than the ring for whatever reason?), including my white mage soul crystal which you cannot even drop. I've placed a gm call as well as emailed support and have received no response. Please assist, thank you!

Not sure what other relevant information I can provide to recreate the bug, other than the aforementioned fact that the entire gear set less the melded i110 crafted ring disappeared.

I setup my gear sets, did a trial and guildhest roulette, and afterwards that's when I had attempted to change to my white mage to do a lower level roulette.
