Is there any demand for an FC like this?

I've been in a couple of FCs, and while I've made some very good friends, I can't quite find the kind of community or atmosphere I'm looking for. I know that deeply-rooted cynicism and trollish fun-at-the-expense-of-others are just a part of internet culture that a person has to deal with, but I can't help dreaming of a Free Company that offered a reprieve from it. A place for dreamers and romantics, a refuge for gentle souls to connect with others, make friends, get tips and advice, and find people to play with.

Is there a FC out there that actively cultivates that kind of atmosphere, and if not, are there people who would be interested in building one from the ground up if I create one?
