SweetFX not present at all

Wasn't sure where to post, so I assumed here was adequate.

I have recently transferred my FF XIV files onto my new computer.
The first problem I had was that screenshots wouldn't work, but all I had to do was change the directory of the screenshots. (This is fixed)

But for some reason Sweet-FX isn't registered at all. Nothing indicates it is working with the game at all, I assume its something to do with directories but I don't know where to look.

No crashes, nothing.
The game also can only be launched via the Boot.exe, which I find strange. Directory issues?.

Forgot to mention that the sweetfx works fine with the Heavenward benchmark

I dunno, any help will be much appreciated. I have been trying to find a solution for days now. :D
