I always was able drag weapon and got Dragoon however last couple of days I done something and can not get Dragoon but only Lancer.

Huh? I'm not sure I understand the question. According to your lodestone profile you do not have dragoon unlocked. If that is not accurate and you do, are you sure you have your soulstone equipped?
It is my son's account and yes he has Dragoon unlock or had. I'm not good at this games at all and I think I mess up his. What you mean soulstone equipped.

So a soulstone is the item that is equipped at the very bottom of the right side slots when looking at your equipment in the character tab. For dragoon it is a blue stone called "Soul of the Dragoon". Without it when you have a lance equipped you are a lancer, not a dragoon. Just click the slot and equip the stone and your son's character should become a dragoon.
