Please Give us more options with payment

first i just wonder .. why i have to deal with Click and buy issue while im not paying anything to play right now ?! i spend almost month to register for my 2nd account and try to get "option list" to get character .. but what happen that, i cant until i register payment method, but was facing error

but when i try to make new account of click and buy i face new problem with em.
please we need to bring crysta method back .. or new payment method, that we can use easily without all this issue

they said they adding new payments late fall.
