My Launcher for FFXIV and Heavensward is allowing me to just type in my account info and click play. Instead it wants me to start a free trial for ARR, I've tried re-installing the game twice now and I still get the same issue. My account is still subbed and I have the licenese for both games. any tips? Thank You.
