Beast Tribe Reputation Help...!

I finally got my reputation with the Sylphs to 150, and when I turned in my next daily I was told that my reputation with the Sylphs was already maxed (so, my reputation did not go up with them at all). When I look at my reputation I see 150/150 Neutral and am not sure how to make sure my quests count towards increasing my reputation. Is there another quest giver that becomes available when one level is maxed? If so, where/who is that person for the Sylphs? Thanks in advance for your help!

yes in the sylph village upon maxing rep a new quest spawns, upon its completion the next level is unlocked
i cant remember who exactly gives it out though

Should be the young researcher that gives the quest.
