Is it a minion on his head? Is it headgear?! I really need to know! Tried to google it but found absolutely nothing. I will be extremely thankful for an answer.

Thank you for the quick answer! Now I know what to hunt down. Too bad that I changed into an Au Ra from a Lalafell when I entered Heavensward, though... oh well.
