Multiple 1$ charges? What is this, SE?

I have received multiple 1$ (-+50 php) charges, I understand that you want to confirm my card. But why do you have to charge multiple 1$, seven charges in total. here's the screenshot of the statement

those charges are made on June 30 and no refund has been made until now. I would like a clear response please. Thank you.

Somehow, I think you've come to the wrong place for a response... Go to FFXIV Contact help, not the forums, no one responds hardly ever to the english forums.

I already sent a ticket and scheduled for a chat support. posted this here in case someone experienced the same issue and may enlighten me or a community rep will respond all before the long waiting ticket will be attended to.

Sorry, but as Lemage wrote above, SE don't reply to tech support in this forum. It is mainly for customers to help other customers. Phoning them is the fastest way to get hold of them though.

Do they even have a US phone number or is that +44 phone number the only one?

I've not used either myself, but some Google searches suggested that's the numbers to use (first one seems to be the most recent, second one seems to be an older number which may/may not still work).

Those $1 charges should return back to your account within a few days. Not permanent. As you already know they are merely verification and security procedures.

The transactions were made on June 30, 2015. It's already July 15.
