I have a problem

Hello everyone I am currently experiencing an issue I do not know why it is happening. This issue pertains to the Forums itself, I am unable to start any threads in general, is this a bug or did I get slapped with a penalty for an unknown reason? :confused:

It's because of your posts number. It's to prevent spam. Respond to more posts (meaningful, not spamming...) and you'll be good.

Thanks for the help, I'm pretty new to the forums as I don't use them often so I wasn't sure what was going on.
