I can't seem to find the recipes for two music box items. Are the recipes part of a master book?

Yes, you learn them from the gsm Master III book that can be bought for scrips in Idyllshire.

I believe all level 60 crafter quests, and the alchemist level 58 quest, require the corresponding master 3 book if you want to craft the items on your own.

ummm no this is wrong. I got master III book and I see no recipes for these two
