Looking to Join a Dedicated Ravana EX Group

Firstly, I have not beaten this guy yet. That said, I'm looking for a group of people that also want a win. I've gotten as far as final liberation so I'm pretty familiar with most of the battle mechanics. The ideal goal would then be to farm this on a regular basis to get all those item level 190 weapons. I also have teamspeak and mumble for better communication during the fight.
