Looking for a new FC

It's a tough decision, but I've decided to leave the Free Company I've been with since 1.09. I love them all to death and will still communicate with them and fill in spots if they want me to join, but they all lead busy family lives and haven't been as active as they used to be. It's been making me feel unsatisfied.

I'm looking for a Free Company that is active, but not bleeding-edge world-first levels of active. Social and friendly would be great, I love a sense of community.

A little about myself:

I'm online frequently, just about everyday at varying, lengthy hours. I live in the west coast of the US. I like playing all roles, my strongest being healing and ranged classes. Ideally I like to be the guy who can fill a missing role in a party when needed. Right now I'm at i171 Summoner, i166 Scholar, and i162 Astrologian. I'll be working on a 3rd job to 60 soon.

Content-wise: I haven't done Bismarck or Ravana yet (I've been waiting for an opportunity to blind runs), and I'm 3/4 on Alexander. I cleared the Binding Coil, but haven't touched Second or Final Coil. I just don't like the Coil raids at all, in an aesthetic or gameplay sense. I don't try to be best-in-slot (though I do manage my stats wisely), so it doesn't bother me to not have any Dreadwyrm gear.
