Has anyone done their Zenith upgrade post 3.0?

I'm going for my 2nd zeta skin (brd) cause I was that bored...got up to the atma (atma of crab, atma of fish etc) farming part and must have done close to 50 fates with no drop of atma. I had my zenith bow equipped the whole time. I know it could just be really bad RNG, but it just seems a little extreme especially with supposed "boosted drop rates"?

Some zone's fate drop Atma instantly and some just don't drop after hrs u spend in the area.

Even if the drop rate was 75%, with RNG you would still get the occasional case where it took someone 300 FATEs to get their atma. Just bad luck.
