DX11 Lockup and Freezing issue.

Start by saying I have no issues what so ever with the DX9 Client. Able to play with no issues. However, with DX11 client, the minute I try to load into the World or change zones there is always a 2 minute long freeze on the loading screen and a high chance of a "FF14 Has Stopped Working" dialog box opening and having to login all over again. I have tried to wait on the freeze but if 2 minutes pass I'm told that my character shows as being logged out.

Seeing as how this happens always I've consigned myself to the DX9 client until something can be done. I have tried changing different settings in CCC and of course updated to the most recent driver for my card. Previous drivers don't change anything.
