Can't enter estate hall??

Trying to enter our estate hall I get this.

"Due to extreme server load, you were unable to leave this area. Please try again later."

I can't believe they locked the door on me.

Seems like In house-NPC need more salary.

It's been happening to me every day since HW launched. Might be isolated to just Balmung since our server is so full.

Iv got this too. I run into it every so often. And it only started happening after Heavensward.

Too many players are inside houses when you try to enter, so the server says nope and shows you where the door is. All houses are technically under the same zone, so once the population limit is reached, no more are allowed in.

I can't enter into my house too, even I know my server population isn't that high... Or maybe because much people crafting for aircraft in their house?

This has never happened to me on Lamia server.

This is becoming more commonplace for me lately and it is quite irksome. Especially when crafting things to submit to the workshop, and becoming trapped inside with no retainer bell, thus having to put the project on hold until someone can get through the durn door. I assume it is an error generated when there are too many housing instances in use or something, but I figured the whole idea behind the limited housing in the first place was to prevent this kind of thing. Still working as intended? Concerned that it will become even worse when new wards are added.
