My wifes game keeps crashing on DX11 and not on DX9. This needs to be fixed. She has a gtx 970 that runs every other game no problem. But the random freeze then crash to desktop is annoying.

I find it curious that I have not had a single crash running 2 470's in SLI. Suppose just blind luck... The swamps in Hinterlands love to choke my fps though, not sure what it is. Even on Standard preset. Everywhere else is 60+
I feel for your wife, though. That's annoying, I remember the constant skyrim crashing. -

You talk like everyone's having this issue and SE needs to jump to the rescue before the game catches fire and is destroyed. The reality is, it's something on your end, because I have a GTX970 and I have not had a single crash on the DX11 version since the release of HW, my wife who has the same Graphics card has had no crash and I haven't heard of anyone else having this issue in my FC or Linkshells.
Your title is also retarded, HEY FORGET THE HUNDREDS OF PEOPLE THAT GOT COMPLETELY SCREWED ON THE OSX CLIENT, FIX THIS PROBLEM FOR MY WIFE FIRST PLS -

I'm using the 970GTX as well and there has been zero crashes since day 1 the DX11 version is live. Instead of being yet another self entitled complainer i'll rather you post stats of the crash so people will take you seriously and of course makes it easier for SE to track down your issue.

So it is not just me....
The crashes were so random (maybe once a day), I couldnt tell what it was. My game freezes entirely and I cant forcibly close it, my only way to fix it is to force restart my PC everytime. Since i have to forcibly restart my PC are the system info logs any good? I can post it later on if need be.
(Using Nvidia GTX 970 and driver version: 353.06 w/ DirextX 11 enabled in XIV.)
My husband has the exact same card and driver, but he doesn't crash at all. Mind you he also plays less than I do too and its incredibly random so maybe he's just lucky? -

I have a GTX980 and my wife has a regular 980, neither of us have had a crash using the DX11 client.
