Tail clipping on gear. Are we ever getting this fixed?

Ever since changing to an Au Ra, I've been noticing how terrible the tail clipping is. What got me wondering is why do some equipment come with tail slots for Miqotes but not for Au Ra.

Now that there are 2 races with tails, is it still unfeasible to design gear with tail slots for them?

Can we at least have a /hidetail toggle for robes and heavy armor, if SE won't adjust the gear?

No thanks. The last time we asked for gear that didn't clip with tails we got the tailboner.

And I like not getting bows over my tail.

Ruins some of my more serious looks.

Uh... The pictures show how miqotes just have the gear tailored around their tails. Tail boner isn't the only solution.

I didn't say it was the only solution, but out of all the solutions possible that's what SE went with last time. I rather not risk more tailboners. Just my opinion. The more tailboners the less choices of gear I have.

Edit: I'm just traumatized/scarred for life by the tailboner.

If we didn't get a fix for hair clipping into our gear, what makes you think we'd get a fix for Au Ra tail clipping?

As you can see, the cats already got this sorted out. (Or did for older models, the new ones seem to have the same problem...) I'd like to see the same for Au Ra and any future tailed race.

A /hidetail toggle would also be nice if they can't be bothered to cut tail holes in gear lol.

It's worth noting that most gear with a cutout for the tail only fixes the clipping issue on female Miqo'te. The males hold their tail cocked slightly to one side, so it clips through gear about an inch to the left of the space for it. I try not to let it bother me, but it does seem like a strange oversight.

I switched back from my Au Ra because of this. I couldn't stand the clipping with everything, tail AND horns.
