Quality of life things

This is just a few things I think should be added/ changed to improve player experience.


1. Being able to use toil of mountain/forest and collectables while mounted. This is a minor annoyance that I find silly. While I can use arbor call on mounts, somehow I can't use toil?!? Come on, man.

2. Hand ins while items are split: this is just strange to me, if i need to hand in 3 things and have a stack of 2 and a stack of 1 I am somehow not able to hand it in into i combine them. Again, a minor annoyance but yet i have the 3 things so wth?

3. Item usage: if i have a stack of 99 of something in my inventory and a stack of 5 of the same thing, why when i use 5 of that item does is take it out of the stack of 99? This needlessly creates 2 stacks of items.

Housing foods: why is there no crafting and gathering housing foods? I find it perplexing that there is neither a crafting nor gathering housing food for us. The crafting housing food should be a no-brainer as i know plenty of people that go 'home' to do all their crafting. This should most definitely be a thing.

4. Stacking of maps: come one now, there is no reason why we can't just get as many maps as our inventory allows us. I'm really tired of stuffing maps into different retainers just cause i can't hold more than one of the same kind. This is a silly rule that needs to be abolished. They are my maps that i dug up, I should be able to hoard em all on my persons if i choose.



I know there is a few other things i want to add but can't think of now so i'll just start with this.

Can I add one? Make the crafting/gathering window a different colour when you've got Collector's ___ active. The 'Collectable' text is too faint.

Hey, add all you want. I'm sure this thread will be buried in whining/crying threads anyway.

I agree with the collectable issues. Its sometimes difficult to see easily when you are gathering that you have collectible status on. It should somehow be designated on the window. The only time it is easy to see that Collectable is on, is when the items for that node cant be made into a collectable. Upon which they are greyed out forcing you to turn collectable off. But can we have something more visually noticeable that tells us when the collectability is on within the window for items that are able to be made collectable?

I wish there was a "combine stack" option...I think it's weird there isn't when we still have a "split stack" option. Recently, I had something like a set of 99, 41, and 37 ventures on my inventory. I'm not sure how that happened since I didn't split them, but being able to combine the last two seems kinda like a no-brainer.

Pick the 41 or 37 up and drop it on the other one. Most likely it happened when you have more than 200 ventures and it just started taking out venture from one of the full stack of 99 instead of the smaller one
