Disconnected after waiting 2 HOURS in live chat support
Title says it all. Got all the way to being the #1 person in the queue after waiting for 2 hours, and then...
"Chat cancelled. There is no agent to speak with you at this time."
W.... T... F!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Seriously, SE... get it together.
I've now submitted an email and a live chat support, and all I've received (after two days of waiting) is a crappy, unhelpful form letter that gave me no valuable assistance. I replied, asking for further assistance, and have heard nothing.
All I want is to reactivate my wife's Legacy account so I can give you more money... not like you really deserve it.
