Sea Of Clouds - Character stuck!!!

While doing the main story line you get sent to the Sea of clouds to an area with a player is unable to reach until you can fly in the zone. During this quest, the player is suppose to /lookout on the edge of the cliff, fine until you get stuck running along the edge between the cliff and a tree. I had no way to get out except teleport out. Now I cannot resume the main story line because there is no way for me to reach that area in Sea of clouds. I sent 2 GM calls in today about this and also contact tech support, which they said I have to wait for a GM.... Beware, when you get up to that part in the main story this could happen to you.
