what to make my 2nd main and can I still RaF?

I'm currently living my ninja but I forsee myself wanting a 2nd main since I will have time for both. I really can't think of a job I would like or what comes close to ninja. The job I don't want would be a monk since I already have the closest thing to that in my opinion.

What would you guys suggest for my 2nd job please.

Also my question on recruit a friend. I just found out about this but my friend just changed his account from a trial to the $20 realm reborn. He hasn't put in a card yet for sub time. Can I still recruit him?

Well, you asked about what "comes close" to ninja, but then also mentioned you're excluding monk because it's too close. Personally, I'd go with something completely different when you branch out, maybe picking up one of the DoM jobs. Just how different do you want it to be? Do you want to stick within the DPS role, or maybe try out a healer or tank role? All the jobs have people who like them, but we don't have a lot to go on about what you in particular would like.

The order of events is:

0) 14 day free trial (optional)
1) buy and register the game
2) put in Recruit A Friend code
3) buy additional subscription time for your account

Most typically, step 3 will come 30 days after step 1, since buying the game automatically gives 30 days of access to it. It can be earlier if using a game card to add subscription time. It can be later if the player has a lapse in their sub for a while before adding additional subscription time. But regardless of when exactly step 3 happens, the rule is just that step 2 has to come after step 1 and before step 3. It sounds like your friend just went from step 0 to step 1, so this is the right time.

Thanks Niwashi. I'll give it a shot when I get home for the RaF. As for my second job I want to stick with DPS for sure. It's so tough trying to figure out what to go with.
