I went to turn in crafted items to Rowena yesterday, and I didn't realize they had to be of a certain quality. The only error message I got was that there were "insufficient items in inventory" which confused me since only one of each was required and that's all I had made.
It would be better to state something like "Your item is of insufficient collectible quality" to avoid confusion.
