puglist/rogue/ninja jobs to help gear in present and future?

I played my first free month when realm reborn released. I had troubles getting crysta at that time so I gave up. I tried just recently to get crysta for my sub and got that sorted.

I created a character for my wanted role puglist/rogue/ninja path.

What jobs should I be running with to gear through my character in that order?
When should I be leveling said jobs to gear my character?
any and all information is appreciated kindly.

I'm not exactly clear on what you're asking. You're saying that you're starting as a PUG, to change to ROG asap, to unlock NIN as your main, right?

Then your question is what classes you should level for NIN and when you should do it?

Well, ROG actually leads into NIN, so by leveling one you actually level the other. NIN is the Job to the ROG Class. Once you unlock NIN, you can only choose to use certain abilities from two other particular Classes: PUG and LNC. You can check out the Cross-Class abilities you can choose from these other two Classes here.

Now for some explanations on these skills from the chart I just linked.

You'll want to get PUG to level 12 for Internal Release and all the skills before it - this is required to unlock access to Limsa Lominsa, where you unlock ROG, anyway - and level 15 to unlock NIN at ROG level 30 (it's a requirement for NIN). So you'll be all but done leveling PUG for Cross-Class abilities by the time you unlock ROG, with the exception of the Mantra skill which comes to PUG at level 42. Mantra is fairly useless and is not at all required except maybe in seriously hardcore raiding groups.

Then there's LNC. You'll want to get LNC up to level 22 for Invigorate, which is practically required for higher-level content lest you run out of TP mid-fight. LNC level 34 grants you Blood for Blood, but the ability is not really necessary and carries with it heavy risk when used. You can safely ignore Blood for Blood unless you intend to join a seriously hardcore raiding group, much like Mantra from PUG.

So, overall, what you're looking for is this:

ROG/NIN - 50 (60 w/ Heavensward)
PUG - 15 (42 if you want Mantra)
LNC - 22 (34 if you want Blood for Blood)

As for when to level; that's ultimately up to you, but you have a few choices. I'll preface this explanation by recommending that you ignore Mantra and Blood for Blood until your ROG/NIN is at the level cap. Once you can access the other cities of Limsa Lominsa and Gridania, just ensure that your PUG is level 15 (it should be by then, anyway). Now that you can access the ROG and LNC guilds respectively, you just need to decide which one to level first. Either way, the Class you level afterward will get the Armoury Bonus (which is an EXP bonus for Classes/Jobs lower level than your highest level Class/Job), so you're best off choosing the one you'll want to play the most for the initial leveling, as you'll be stuck with it longer.

If you choose to level LNC first, then hit 22 for Invigorate and stop to level ROG. Once you get ROG to 30, unlock NIN, and continue on your merry way to level 50 (or 60 if you have Heavensward).

If you choose to level ROG first, then hit level 30, unlock NIN, and pine for the nearest LNC guild (you know, the only one in the game). Level LNC to 22 for Invigorate, then hop back to NIN and go on your merry way toward level 50 (or 60 if you have Heavensward)

Either way, once you've leveled NIN as far as you want to bring it (such as, say, the level cap), then you can just decide if you want PUG's Mantra or LNC's Blood for Blood. If you do, go get 'em. I recommend Blood for Blood over Mantra, so I'd get that first assuming you want both. If you don't want either, then just enjoy your NIN at endgame!

What jobs from, Disciples of the land, and disciples of the hand. Would i need throughout my leveling of my characters, To better equip my character with weapons and armors for pug, Lnc, Rog, and Nin?

Technically, in terms of DoL/DoH, you'd ideally want all of them if you plan on being completely self-sufficient and crafting all your own gear.

I do not suggest this road. It is long and painful.

You will want all your crafters to be at least level 15 before you attempt to HQ any crafts. Otherwise, you will not have a reliable chance of getting a HQ item.

If you want cosmetic items at endgame, you will have to max all of your crafting classes. The synergy and difficulty of crafts is too much to ignore the advantages of cross-classing crafter abilities. Otherwise, you will risk 2 weeks worth of rare materials on a possible failure.

The most powerful gear is obtained through dungeon tokens or dungeon drops. Crafted gear is usually more cosmetic or for leveling purposes. This may change in the future, but we've seen no indication the dev team is going that way yet.

If you don't really care about the extra stats and just want a way to get cheap equipment until you can get to endgame gear, leveling your crafters to 60 is not necessary. Your story and side quests will provide you with the most recent armor and weapons for your level. The only exception to this is accessories. For that, I would recommend leveling goldsmith. You replace your gear with a new weapon and armor set about every 5 levels. After level 50, it is a complete set change every 2 levels. Keep your crafters/gatherers within 5 to 2 levels of whatever combat class you're crafting for.

So a breakdown if you absolutely want to level crafter/gatherers:
For All classes - Goldsmith to make Accessories. Accessories are not very common in the pre-50 story quest line.

For Lancer - Carpenter for weapons, Armorer for Armor and metal components, and Miner for materials. Leatherworker and Weaver are used to support Armorer. Botanist supports Carpenter, although lumber is fairly cheap and you don't need that much.

For Rogue/Ninja - Blacksmith for weapons, Leatherworker for Armor. Miner for materials to blacksmith and leatherworker. Weaver to support Leatherworker.

For Pugilist - Goldsmith for weapons, Leatherworker for Armor. Weaver supports Leatherworker.

If you level carpenter, armorer, leatherworker, goldsmith, and miner, you should cover most of your bases. Again, level 15 in the other classes is just to improve the quality of your gear (if you care about that), it is literally a 2% increase in your power.

It doesn't really mean too much while leveling unless your group is massively undergeared or you're the first in a dungeon and nobody knows the mechanics. That situation will not happen again until the next expansion.

BTW, half the crafters got involved because of cosmetic gear and glamours. The other half because they like supporting other players. There are crafter-only quests, such as building an airship. Crafter/Gatherers are also the best way to make money at endgame, which is another big incentive for a lot of players.

Oh. Well, now I feel silly. At least I was helpful in a way you didn't expect. XD

As others have said, you'll pretty much need to level all crafts to be self-sufficient in gear. It's hell trying to create high quality pieces of gear w/o all the cross-class skills from other DoH, and every single DoH uses materials from all three DoL (the least of which is Fisher, from which mats are required somewhat rarely outside of coral for Goldsmithing).

As for simply making the gear, which is easy to do even without the cross-class DoH skills... From the top of my head, I do not believe you'll need ARM unless you ever need any of the Metal Rings items (Copper Rings, Iron Rings, Mythril Rings, etc.), which you'd need rarely at most for NIN gear. Your weapons will generally come from BSM, with a few oddball weapons coming from ALC. Accessories will come from GSM. Your actual armor pieces will generally come from LTW and WVR.

So, ultimately, what you're looking at for a bare minimum coverage of all slots is...

DoH: WVR, LTW, BSM, GSM, ALC
DoL: MIN, BTN, FSH

And this is just if you want to make your own equipment for every slot.

The only things you'd be able to NOT level are ARM, CRP, and CUL. At that point, you might as well just level them all.

But then those crafting/gathering classes will need their own gear as well. That comes mainly from Weaver for clothes and Blacksmith for tools.

EDIT:
If the list is getting too long, you could probably leave out armorer. Since the only class you're looking at that would need it is Lancer, and you'd only need to level that far enough for its cross-class skills, there are few if any ARM items you'd need. If you only level lancer to 22 you wouldn't need any armorer items, since LNC uses the same gear as the other DoW classes for the early levels, not splitting out to its own gear until level 23. If you level LNC the rest of the way to 34 for the Blood for Blood skill, then there's armorer-made gear you may want at levels 23, 28, and 32 (if you don't have equivalents or better from dungeon drops). That's few enough you can just buy them.
