Releasing chocobos from the Stables

So, I know I'm not alone in this, many times I leave our FC house without grabbing my chocobo from the stables. Its annoying to have to teleport back and we're a large enough FC that we often have people hanging out at the house crafting or whatnot. I think it'd be great if we could add a feature where an FC member (with approved privilages) could release other member's chocobos for use. The owner of the chocobo would have to be online and not afk or busy, and would get a pop up similar to the teleport pop ups where they would then have to approve deny or wait for a timer.
