Challenge Log EXP reward does not scale up to 60

Frequency: Always
World name: Lich
Character name: relevant to all Characters
NPC name: no NPC involved
Monster name: no Monster involved
Class/Level: >LV50 classes
Party or solo: solo
Steps:
1. Open Challenge Log on <LV50 Class and notice EXP reward
2. Do the same thing for a class on LV 50
3. Again for a class >LV50
4. Notice that it scales up to 50, but not beyond
