How many is too many?

So there are a couple of threads now complaining about the Alexander loot system, and they're mostly filled with replies of "your salt feeds me." (from my brief glance at them >_> )

So I am curious. How many runs of a particular Floor does it take before you're ready to flip table and swear off touching the game again? (only to find yourself raging as you're running again 20mins later xD )


personally, I've been grinding away at Floor 3 for some time(I lost count of the number of runs), and while I've seen the loot I want a more than a few times (even did a double drop once!) my rolls are pathetic and so grind continues. /sigh.

I guess it'd depend on whether or not I'm just solo queue'ing on DF or went with a dedicated PF farm party. The latter is fine cause even if someone else wins, I know that my loot is just getting closer and closer. Solo queue'ing however is pretty much leaving yourself in the hands of Lady Luck.
