Anyone have any ideas or theories on what the prices may look like whenever new wards are added in 3.1 or 3.2, or whenever they are supposed to be added "shortly after the release of heavensward?" I've been saving for my own FC house, so I'm interested in what you all think. Thanks in advance!
I expect it to be similar prices to the other wards, between 2 to 5 mill for a small house, 15 to 37.5 mill for a medium and 35 to 87.5 mill for a mansion. Depends on your server's status (legacy or 2.0) and size. http://ffxiv.consolegameswiki.com/wiki/Personal_Housing
It seems they will be available in september (not sure but this is what I heard)
I believe they said prior to 3.1. But I don't know where I saw that.
And if they don't do something that isn't just copy/paste additional wards you still won't be able to buy one on most servers.
